About us

Founded in 1994, React Surveys’ has grown to become one of the leading customer service research agencies in the UK, Europe and Africa.

As the customer service evaluation division of the Lodge Services group we work with major organizations to measure and improve service delivery from a customer perspective. This approach is not limiting in any way, as the needs of client are recognized as being individual, but it enables all clients to benefit from the experience gained over many years.
